My kids are farm/ranch kids but they went to Kamp, anyway. They learned to be better riders and got to hang out with kids their own age with similar values. They learned the importance of balancing because Kris teaches them first to ride bareback with their eyes closed! I wasn’t able to attend kamp until the last day and I was so impressed with the amount of detail, encouragement and one on one attention that this kamp put into these kids! It blew my mind. This kamp was far better than Rodeo Bible Camp in my opinion! If you have a chance to attend, you should. Your children will learn about horsemanship and other kowboy skills and you will not be disappointed!

Rockin K Kowboy Kamp was the highlight of our summer! All the members of the Kamp Team were organized, safe, encouraging, and a cohesive unit. By the end of the camp, our son was comfortable riding independently on a horse, but also learned skills for taking care of a horse and responsible behavior around a horse. Better yet, the children spanned across ages, but there was plenty of opportunity for team building and camp friendships to develop during and after camp. We are grateful for the experience and look forward to next summer!
